Standing Resisted Hip Extension - Video Z9

 

Anchor the tubing down on one end so that it is close to the floor and tie the tubing around the ankle on the other end. Then face in the direction where the tubing is anchored. Slowly bring your leg backwards keeping your knee straight. Repeat 10x’s. Do 2-3 sets.
