Pilates - Single Knee to Chest Stretch   - Video Z38

 

Lie on your back on the mat. Bring your head up to look towards your belly button while maintaining both legs about 6 inches from the floor. Maintain this position and then proceed to bring one leg towards your chest by bending your knee. The other leg should be maintained in an extended position. Proceed with the other leg. Repeat 10x’s for each leg. Do 1-2 sets.
