Seated Resisted Back Extension - Video Z19

 

Sitting backwards in a chair, tie a band around yourself and the back of the chair. Slowly lean backwards while your arms are grabbing on to the back of the chair. Hold 5 sec. Repeat 10x’s. Do 2-3 sets.
