Standing Resisted Hip Abduction - Video Z11

 

Anchor the tubing down on one end so that it is close to the floor and tie the tubing around the ankle on the other end. Then face in the direction which is parallel to the tubing that is anchored. The leg which has the tubing tied to it should be farthest away from the anchor site. Slowly bring this leg out to the side keeping your knee straight. Repeat 10x’s. Do 2-3 sets.
