Self GH PROM on Table - External Rotation - Video 49c

 

External Rotation - Sitting down and facing sideways from the table, assist your involved upper extremity onto the table out to the side from you and with your elbow bent lean forward until a gentle stretch is felt at the front of the shoulder. Hold 5 sec. Repeat 10x’s.
