GH Wand Exercises (Grouped for Rotator Cuff
Tendonitis) - Video

Flexion - With palms facing forward
and grasping onto the wand, bring the wand directly over your head
leading with the involved upper extremity until a stretch is felt.
Hold 5 sec. Repeat 10x’s.
Abduction - Holding onto the wand with involved upper
extremity and involved palm facing up, push the wand directly up to
your side using your uninvolved upper extremity. Hold 5 sec. Repeat
10x’s.
External Rotation - With elbows bent and palms of both
hands facing backward, bring the wand up over your head and then
back towards your waistline. Hold 5 sec. Repeat 10x’s.
