Cervical Isometric Strengthening - Video 43

 

Flexion - Use light pressure from your fingertips at your forehead in order to resist bending your head forward. Hold 5 sec. Repeat 10x’s.

Extension - Use light pressure from your fingertips at the back of your head in order to resist bending your head backward. Hold 5 sec. Repeat 10x’s.

Side Bend - Use light pressure from your fingertips at the side of your head in order to resist side bending your head. Hold 5 sec. Repeat 10x’s.

Rotation - Use light pressure from your fingertips at temple in order to resist turning head. Hold 5 sec. Repeat 10x’s.
