Supine Active Ham Stretch - Video 29

 

Lying down, grasp the back of one leg and bring your thigh up so that the hip is at 90. Then slowly straighten your knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh. Hold for 15 sec. Repeat 4x’s.
