Ankle PROM Inversion/Eversion - Video 04c & 04d

 

Inversion/Eversion - Gently grasp your foot and bend ankle by moving your foot in and out. Hold each position 5 sec. Repeat 10x’s. Do 2-3 sets.

 

PROM = Passive Range of Motion
