Ankle PROM Dorsiflexion/Plantarflexion - Video 04a & 04b

 

Dorsiflexion/Plantarflexion - Gently grasp your foot and bend foot and ankle up and down. Hold each position 5 sec. Repeat 10x’s. Do 2-3 sets.

 

PROM = Passive Range of Motion
