Position Description

Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

EverHome Healthcare is a well-established, Dr. owned Home Health and Home Care company. We are currently seeking a (1) per-diem Physical Therapist and (1) full time Physical Therapist for our expanding therapy team.  We are looking for a Physical Therapists to cover Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties. If you are interested in a full-time supervisory role with client visits, we also have (1) position open. The ideal candidate will possess 1 year of physical therapy experience. Top 6 job duties: Assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status Develop clients plan of care Direct physical therapy treatment Instruct patients, families and caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances Prepare and submit clinical notes at the end of each visit Perform skills verification and annual performance for other Physical Therapists Requirements: Licensed PT or PTA Reliable transportation to/from client’s home Experience in home health is a plus Job Type: Part-time and full-time positions Pay: $40-$50 an hour depending on experience and position offered.
