Our user asked: "i am a personal trainer and have a new client that is showing symptoms of biceps tendonitis. what are the best stretching and strengthening exercises for this particular situation?"

Ask a PT Response: "With patients who have biceps tendonitis, I would have them stop or modify the activities which exacerbate the condition to allow time for proper healing. Meanwhile my patients, are instructed to perform range of motion exercises, stretches, gentle strengthening exercises (isometrics, light resistive tubing, light weights) to help maintain strength and ice to the affected area. If your clients condition doesn't improve or worsens it may be a good idea to recommend to your client to seek out further medical attention."
