Meanwhile my patients, are instructed to perform range of motion exercises, stretches, gentle strengthening exercises (isometrics, light resistive tubing, light weights) to help maintain strength and ice to the affected area. If your clients condition doesn't improve or worsens it may be a good idea to recommend to your client to seek out further medical attention."</DIV>]]>
