Simulated Kayaking with Cervical AROM
With tubing tied to both ends of a wand, anchor the other ends of the tubing to a stationary object. Sitting away from the anchor, grasping onto the wand, extend and bend your arms and elbows as if you were going to tread water with an oar. While performing this motion slowly turn your head to look up, down, left or right. Keep your back straight throughout this exercise. Perform for 1 minute. Repeat 3x’s.
