Cervical AROM

Flexion- Bend your head forward slowly. Hold 3 sec. Repeat 10x’s.

Extension- Bend you head backward slowly. Hold 3 sec. Repeat 10 x’s.

Side Bend- Slowly bend your head towards one shoulder and then the other. Hold 3 sec. Repeat 10x’s.

Rotation- Slowly turn your head to look over one shoulder and then the other. Hold 3 sec. Repeat 10x’s.
