Our user asked: "what kind of modalities & exercises do you do for this DX?"

Ask a PT Response: "Physical therapists' could use various modalities to assist in treating sports hernia. They have options such as hot packs, cold packs, e-stim and ultrasound. The physical therapist will determine which modality will be appropriate for the patient through interaction and evaluation of the patient. As far as exercises go, I would recommend you consult with your physician or physical therapist to determine which exercises would be best for you. Great care must be taken to not perform exercises which would exacerbate your condition."
