Hi, sorry to hear about that. I think you should move legally against the specialized. It is very ridiculous of them to behave in that way when they are the prime cause for the injury.

A specialized bicycle Jammed and Injured my wife. My email to specialized came back as blocked: specialized hung up on me while I was still speaking.
