Overall, it is all going to depend on the pain levels experienced by the patient and how much ROM and strength the patient had prior to the surgery and how much he or she has now and can achieve. In most cases, with a capsular release, the patient can be progressed as tolerated unless the patient may have other issues going or if the surgeon gives restrictions. I hope this helps."</DIV>]]>
