Usually with this kind of injury, when patients are cleared by their physician to participate in PT, gentle ankle and foot range of motion and strengthening&nbsp; exercises are performed in open chain and than progressed to closed chain exercises as tolerated. If you are still having problems, it may be a good idea to see a PT so that he or she can develop a plan of care and exercise program tailored to your specific needs."</DIV>]]>
