A knee arthroscopy is a common procedure designed to relieve knee pain. Our user asked: "logically first are the non weight bearring strengtheners,with ice after. then add stretch & flex pt, then additional strength etc. or advise list of start to final pt progretion from your pt list so for best results, i can do at home more than 2-3 times a week thx"
