I would continue to treat and progress the patient with the main understanding that she had the RCR. Aggressive therapy too soon to achieve additional ROM could actually do more harm than good. Worse case scenario she would have to undergo another MUA once the RC has healed. &nbsp; &nbsp;]]>

Thanks]]>
