Each person will respond to treatment differently and may require additional treatment options. Therefore, from my experience, recovery time can range anywhere from 1-3 months. As far as prevention goes: strethcing, modifying your activities which requires weight bearing and proper footwear are key. If condition does not improve, the utilization of a night splint/boot or corticosteriod injections may be recommended by the PT or physician. Thanks for using CyberPT."</DIV>]]>
