But because you'll use parts of your body that are injured or have chronic pain, physical therapy can be challenging, even hard. For example, you may feel sore after stretching or deep tissue massage. But there's a reason for that.<div><br></div><div>You need to be more strong physically as well as mentally. Sometimes physical therapy causes pain. Buy physical therapy is safe. The progress of this therapy may be slow but physical therapy is effective.</div><div>Bloating occurs due to the disturbance of the muscles. So be patient and don't worry you will be fine soon.</div>]]>
