To all home health physical therapists:

there is app available on the google play store "Physical Therapy Exercise-HEP" under the medical category. This is a simple home exercise program of supine, sitting and standing exercises which you can check off which ones you want for your patient and put their name, ID# and your name as the therapist with the date. The great thing is that you can email this to their email address, or to the office or to yourself and print out. There is a confidentiality notice to adhere to HIPPA guidelines as well. And once you leave the screen, no information is saved. So it won't be on your smartphone to also adhere to guidelines. Go to the google play store and search under apps for "HEP" and scroll down. It is presently at #8, but that could change as new apps are posted. Check it out!!!
