I took months off from lifting, it started feeling better. but upon returning to the gym restrained it and I'm back where I started. what do I need to do to finally heal from this?"

Ask a PT Response: "How heavy of weights are you utilizing and what is your reps, sets and frequency? Doing too much too soon and resuklt in a strain of the muscle. If you have been experiencing this for months now. It might also be a good idea to have it looked at to make sure you have not torn your biceps."
