Our user asked: "I have two bulging discs in my neck and my neurologist thinks they might be causing my migraines and headaches. If I were to go to a physical therapist what would he or she do to help me? Thanks!"

Ask a PT Response: "The PT could do a number of things to help with reducing the bulge of the disc and with managing your symptoms. This can include but is not limited to: manual therapy, range of motion, stretching, strengtheing, stabilization, postural training, functional training, traction, modalities, etc. I hope this helps."
