Our user asked: "what are some physical therapy exercises i can do to help with a hrnieated l4 l5 disk"

Ask a PT Rsponse: "That is a pretty general question. Alot more information is required in order to determine a proper plan of care. Quite often with my patients that have a discogenic condition, I would incorporate McKenzie based exercises with them: http://www.spine-health.com/wellness/exercise/pain-relief-mckenzie-treatment - http://www.spine-health.com/wellness/exercise/pain-relief-mckenzie-treatment . I would suggest that you consult with a PT so that he or she can determine a plan of care tailored to your specific condition and needs."

You can do some simple back/spine exercise. The exercise helps you to relax your muscle and improve blood circulation and thus relieves pain.
