I have some osteo in my right knee.
What therapy can I do to take some of the stress off of it.

Low impact activities are recommended ie. stationary bike, exercise in water. Strengthening of the muscles at the knee, hips and abs/back are also recommended. If there are range of motion and flexibility issues, they should be addressed as well.
