Our user asked: "I have all the symptoms of a C6 or C7 disc problem. Is there anything else I can do at home to help the pain in my arm?"

Ask a PT Response: "PT's would usually have patients perform exercises such McKenzie neck exercises, strengthening, postural training, cervical traction, etc. They may also perform manual therapy and modalities on the patient as well.
Example of McKenzie neck exercises can be found at: http://neckpainexercises.com/2010/08/mckenzie-neck-exercises/ - http://neckpainexercises.com/2010/08/mckenzie-neck-exercises/
Prior to beginning any exercises on your own it is always best to consult with your MD or PT. "
