Our user asked: "What is the typical amount of time a patient spends in PT after having a bicep tenodesis, R/C and labrum repair. Are we talking weeks or months?"

Ask a PT Response: "From what you have mentioned, we are talking about a minimum of 3-4 months. Physical therapy is pretty conservative in the beginning in order to protect the repaired tissue. Over time the patient is gradually progressed to more advanced exercises."
