Our user asked: "The muscle in the back of my upper arm is sore after I serve a lot
during a tennis match. Advil and ice and it feels fine. Any exercise to strengthen this area or other recommendations."

Ask a PT Response: "Sounds like triceps might be involved. If this is a new and recent occuring condition, I would ask you what are you doing different from before? New serve technique, new racquet, new grip, etc? Besides treating the condition, in Physical Therapy we would like to determine what is contributing to the symptoms so as to prevent it from occurring again."
