Hi

I was wondering if anyone could give some info as to what kind of exercises I could do to help combat the periodic loss of any kind of strength in my hand muscles.

I suffer from athritic psiorosis and occassionaly I will lose the ability to close my hand firmly around things, when this happens the loss of muscle control can last anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.

I was hoping someone here could suggest some way to help strengthen the muscles to lessen this somewhat.
