Ask a PT Response: "Please refer to our article on plantar fasciitis and review the treatment options for a PT. Included are some sample video exercise clips of common exercises prescribed by the physical therapist for their patients. Some of these exercises include plantar fascia stretch on a step, calf stretch, towel calf stretch, ice roller, etc..
