Hi, The most common injury I've seen in my lifetime is lower back pain. I have seen this in my grandparents, parents, cousins, and who not! It's a big problem that's definitely on the rise.

Nowadays, one of the biggest causes of back pain is people sitting too long at their desks. I often see long queues in front of physiotherapy clinics; most suffer from lower back pain. Even I https://www.physioactive.ca" rel="nofollow - go to a physiotherapist twice a month and exercise regularly!
