You should have no problems attending a surgery day or procedure the day after your anaesthetic. To be on the safe side, please do not drive or operate machinery. Hi, my mother had undergone facial surgery three months back and the procedure was done under anesthesia. As fa as I know, most facial surgeries are carried out with anesthesia for the patients to avoid experiencing the pain during the surgery.
