Hi! Would like to know how you guys manage your time and productivity despite factors that could happen like number of patients, peak season and things like that? thanks

Hi, the hidden key to time management is nothing other than planning. Any hectic schedule can be handles smoothly with proper and effective time management. Plan only things which you are sure to achieve and rest of the things will flow accordingly!
