Our user asked: "Rehab suggestions and crutch use?"

Ask a PT Response: "For my patients that have undergone this - would start off with mat exercises (ie. quad sets, heel slides, SAQ's, SLR's, etc) and progress to closed chain exercises (ie. partial lunges, heel/toe raises, partial squats, etc.). Recommend using both crutches and weaning down to one and then none. Also may have patient use cane depending on progress. I hope this helps and wish you the best of luck with your recovery."
