Our user asked: "I cannot get the surgery right now, can you direct me to links for any exercises for a right shoulder subluxated humeral head. It's like this from an old injury. It was fine, but evidently I pretty badly aggravated it two weeks ago by driving six hours and keeping my right hand on the top of the steering wheel. Thank you for any assistance."
