I want to get out of the routine of my group sessions with geriatrics. The majority of my patients in group treatments have orthopedic problems, we ambulate and perform seated therex, basic stuff. Is there any websites with fresh ideas for treating this type of population?

Perhaps you can try standing exercises with support (ie. railing or walker support) if appropriate for your patients to get away from the norm. Otherwise some interesting links include:
