What type of physical therapy should I do to recover from pes anserenius bursitis? Is it ok to ride my bike?

Ice massage to the area may be helpful as well. As far as riding your bike, try a stationary bike first and see how it goes. Than progress to biking outdoors on flat surfaces for a lilmited amount of time. If tolerated duration can grardually be increased. If your condition doesn't improve, it may be a good idea to seek further medical attention.
