Our user asked: "I need some Physical Therapy exercises for my hyperextended knee. I can walk on it fine... but when I try to do any additional exercise, there is pain. I reinsured my left knee 2 weeks ago and there has not been signs for over 2 years now."

Ask a PT Response: "It may be a good idea to see a PT to obtain a more specific exercise program tailored to your individual needs for your knee. Here are some exercises a PT might prescribe to his or her patients: http://www.athleticadvisor.com/images/acrobat/knee%20rehab.pdf - http://www.athleticadvisor.com/images/acrobat/knee%20rehab.pdf "
