Im just wondering what it the best technique to heal knee injury. Im an avid fan with some athlete superstars and im really curious if they undergo physical theraphy like this http://www.alliancehpt.com for faster recovery.

I got an injury last month and still not recovering. Maybe I will undergo physical therapy for betterment.

Medical iRehab has been created to help educate patients about common sports medicine and orthopedic injuries. A series of applications have been created and are available for download from the iTunes Store and the Android Market. The apps are easy to use, contain information about various injuries and provide information on pain reduction and recovery.

One of the best techniques for many knee injuries is by using the R.I.C.E. (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) principles. Ice compression wraps can help with the I and C part of the principles. Check the website in my signature for more information.

If you don't see an improvement after a week or two, then it's a good idea to see your doctor or a physical therapist to get assessed.
