3MM DIFFUSE ANGULAR BULGE AT C5-C6 WITH POSTERIOR RIM OSTEOPHYTE FORMATION LEADING TO CENTRAL CANAL STENOSIS. THERE IS COMPRESSION OF THE CERVICAL SPINAL CORD AT THIS LEVEL

2MM PROTUSION ( HARD DISC PROTUSION) AT C3-C4
MILD DIFFUSE ANGULAR BULGE AT C4-C5
MODERATE DISC DESICCATION AT C3-C4-C4-C5-C6-C7

Symtoms are Uncomfortable at times at neck and feel heavy on eyes, and pressure like on head??   How does this MRI LOOK?? WOULD I BE ABLE TO RUN AGAIN AND EXCERSISE WITH FREE WEIGHTS, AND GET BACK into boxing?

MRI report suggests possible contributing factors or etiology for your current symptomology. May be a good idea to paritcipate in PT to help with reducing symptoms and improving function. Your PT will be able to give you a better idea about returning to running and lifting free weights. Probably not a good idea to get back into boxing as this is a contact sport which could lead to further complications at your cervical spine.

With a bulging disc the material inside the disc remains and protrudes out but doesn’t break open from the anulus fibrosus. A herniated disc occurs when the material bulges from the disc and breaks open the anulus fibrosus of the disc and spreads out to the spinal cord and nerves causing possible impingement.

As far as your question goes "is there a possiblity that when i work out or get tense in the neck area, the bulge in my neck pushes the bone spur into my spinal cord to give me symtoms?" the answer is yes. Tightening of the muscles in your neck/shoulder can result in an increase in pressure at the cervical discs and exacerbate a discogenic syndrome.
