I don't remember specifically an injury happening or exactly when the pain started but my knee has been hurting and feeling "weak". It is swollen in the back and I am having a hard time straightening my leg. It hurts when I run and I have sharp pain in the back in the middle of my knee and on the inside towards the front a little too. I am wondering what might be wrong and if I should get it checked out or just take a couple weeks to "PRICE"?"

Ask a PT Response: "If your knee is still bothering you, I'd recommend you get it checked out. You'd want to rule out hamstring or gastrocnemius injury or the development of a Baker's cyst."
