These types of exercises are performed towards the end of rehab in order to assist the athlete in returning to sport. Your treatment ideas sound good for plyometric training. I would also add bounding and power skipping. Bounding exercises are exercises where one takes off on one foot and lands on the other foot (e.g. alternate leg bounding). Bounds are usually done for distance.<BR>Go to Top of Page</P>]]>
