Im a personal trainer and have to put together a program for a lady who had arthroscopic knee surgery about a year ago. She didn't to any PT afterward. I think I have a good idea of what to do with her but want to double check."

Ask a PT Response: "How old is your client? What was scoped ie, meniscus, cartilage, ligament, etc? For example, if meniscus is gone and cartilage was also debrided, definitely would not have my patient doing high impact activities or deep squats and deep lunges."
