I've been doing the same exercises at home as I do at therapy and feel that I should be doing more and feeling that " going " to therapy is ridiculous because I'm already doing the same exercises at home. Please comment"

Ask a PT Response: "I usually tend not to have my patients perform the same exercises which they are performing at home. Here are some links to some protocols which should give you a better idea of what you should be doing. Please keep in mind protocols vary among surgeons and should not be taken as an absolute guide to treatment.
http://www.tcomn.com/images/wmimages/onlineforms/Peroneal_and_Tibialis_Posterior_Tendon_Repair.pdf
http://www.orthonc.com/sites/default/files/forms/kirby/Ankle_Reconsrtuction_Modified_Brostrom_Peroneal_Tendon_Repair.pdf

"
