Our user asked: "right sided hammed feeling of right hip. Left hip feels hypermobile what stretches can I try to help this"
 
Ask a PT Repsonse: "What does "hammed" feeling mean? Stretching is usually not recommended on a hypermobile joint. I would require more information from you before I could assist with answering your question."
