Is it possible to rehab it so I can return to sports without surgery? 49 year old athletic woman."

Ask a PT Response: "With a Type II SLAP the biceps-superior anchor has pulled away from the glenoid. In this incident the superior and middle GH ligaments may more than likely be unstable as well. Depending on your functional demands ie. throwing, catching, overhead activities, etc. rehab alone may not be sufficient in order to meet the higher demands of sport."
