Can I use one w/moving arms? Could you recommend a low priced but good bike? My PT (out of town now or I'd ask)said I ought to be able to get an acceptable bike for about $150....how long should I do it? I go to PT (electrode, knee massage, uv,PT) 3 x week and do aquatic 3 x week on my own Thanks I really appreciate any direction, I want to get moving on this bike thing. I am not particularly crazy about recumbents...."

Ask a PT Response: "There are so many bikes out there. I would recommend to my patients to purchase a bike which is most comfortable to them and fits them the best. Here is a useful article which will provide you with additional information.
http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/cyclingworkouts/a/stationary_bike.htm"
